Dear Candidate,Warm greetings from SP Staffing Services.We are hiringService Now Resources for our Client L&T Infotech.Role: Developer Service Now Exp: 4 to 10 yrs Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, ChennaiRequisite: Mandatory Skills: Service Now, ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, CSM, PPM, JD:

  • 3+ years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB, Virtual Agent, Active Directory integration, B2B integration
  • Service Catalog / Service Requests - Complex catalog development experience & knowledge
  • UI Actions/ UI policy/ Access Control Lists, etc.
  • Writing various Server-side scripts using Script Includes and Portal Scripting in Angular
  • CSS based UX/UI design & development
  • Understanding of Angular based Client side & Server side scripts
  • Used ACLs for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now
  • Experience with Web technologies/AJAX
  • Developing Composite Service Requests within Service catalog Module
  • Done Integrations using web-services, MID Server with third party tools
  • Certification a plus - ServiceNow Administration certification, ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist Certification(+various tracks)
  • Required Skills: Platform Administration, Basic ITSM Process knowledge, Reporting & Dashboards. Good understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs. Notifications & Workflows, Import Sets, Tranform Maps. REST, SOAP Integrations, Service Portal Pages, Widgets, UI Macros. Javascript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JSONSoft Skills
