5+ years of work experience in SFDC required (SFDC Adminstator Certification is mandatory).First line of contact with Business Owners and must be able to be the business support person to manage and escalate support issues back to offshore to have customizations completed Must possess strong configuration skills such as such as creating screens, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards , lightning UI and other configuration related activities.The Salesforce Business Support Lead has hands on experience implementing SalesForce functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders during the implementation phase. Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement SalesForce. Must be willing to work with Developers as needed for complex customization. Experience implementing SalesForce solutions using Agile methodology. Must also work closely with Scrum Master and other team members in a collaborative manner to achieve common team objectives. Must also present Prototypes/Demos to business users as required. This resource is also expected to participate in daily stand up meetings as well as all other activities normally expected from a scrum team. Has hands on experience in several large, global implementations using SalesForce in some of the following areas: SalesForce Sales Cloud, SalesForce Service Cloud, FinancialForce, SalesForce Communities, SalesForce Custom Cloud) Strong presentation and communication skills Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) toolsJob Segment: Administrative Assistant, Administrative ,
