Job Description

*Job Title: Site Reliability Engineering ManagerLocation: Bengaluru, IndiaJob ID: 19WD34529Position Overview : Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated, experienced techno functional manager to join our Business Applications Support and Engineering team with the capability and experience to work with various engineering and business stakeholders while managing a group of techno functional experts or SREs in the multi-domain landscape of Enterprise applications. Wide range of domains include ERP, CRM, Middleware, Web/Cloud and Data & Analytics with more emphasis on Enterprise Resource planning and Customer Relationship Management domainsResponsibilities :

  • Leading a team of 10-15 core techno functional experts who are part of the specialized domain services engaged in production business/technical support in various above mentioned domains
  • Should give equal emphasis on technology and business operations. Understanding Autodesk business processes and also the technology stack
  • Interface with Dev/QA/OPS teams to identify root cause analysis and re-instrument triggers to prevent future application degradation and outages
  • Create a long-term vision on the engagement and governance of the team with on-site stakeholders
  • Main responsibility is to understand the business problems and technical issues of Finance and Sales domains in SAP ECC, S4 HANA and Salesforce/Siebel Applications and guide the team accordingly to resolve the issues for customers
  • Drive Automation and Digitization Initiatives with in the operational opportunities resulting in high customer experience
  • Be an active thought leader both internally and externally to understand trends to drive vision and awareness
  • Managing strategic and tactical diplomacy while assisting customers and co-workers requests
  • Build a multi-year capabilities road map that will achieve the long-term goal, The roadmap will set out the pathway to the future state, including people, process and technology prerequisites and tools.
  • Drive execution of the roadmaps with relentless focus on results and ROI
  • Align key stakeholders to understand the business cases and set priorities for the deliverables
  • Manage and lead team members and develop career paths for them
Minimum Qualifications :
  • 10+ years of in-depth experience in enterprise application lifecycle management
  • Experienced in SAP tech stack specifically S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud platform and Integrations to Ariba, Concur and Varicent Commissions systems
  • Knowledge on CRM Platforms like Salesforce and Siebel
  • Knowledge on AWS is added advantage
  • Past experience in understanding business needs and corresponding technology capabilities
  • Should have managed support or engineering teams specializing in Application domains like ERP, CRM, Middleware and Web
  • Acumen for Observability, Reliability, Resiliency and Digitization of business processes
  • Experience in building and leading high performing operations teams
  • Top-notch stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Growth mindset - adaptability, continuous learning, possibility thinking, enthusiasm for technology
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work without requiring constant guidance
  • Bachelors or Master s degree in computer science from a reputed university
