Overall Purpose of The RoleAs a Software Designer shall be responsible for the development of the S&T - Anamudi Program.You will interface with various stakehlders to meet QCD commitments.Key Network & Links

RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and develop a solution that will cater to multiple projects across the globe. Work collaboratively with engineering and product development teams and cross-functional partners. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholder and to be able to do basic V&V for the development as well.EDUCATION:B.Tech./ B.E./M.E./M.Tech./M.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, EE, EEEBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:
  • Dynamic, autonomous. Creativity and ability to work in a complex environment.Be Innovative and demonstrate to peers and implement in Reusable codes, and development.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
  • Possess strong programming/design skill in LUA, Python, C#, .net
  • Awareness of SDLC
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies
  • Preferably engineers with Railway domain experience mainly in track plan and RailML
  • Designing and developing applications
  • Verify and Integrate components and validate.
  • Document design using modelling tools
  • Troubleshoot, debug and fix issues
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing system
  • Familiarity with testing tools and able to do basic V&V for the development
  • Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders to determine application requirements and changes
  • Analytical mind and business acumen and Problem-solving aptitude
SOFTWARE SKILLS:
  • 4-5 minimum years of proven and strong experience in development and implementation in LUA, Python, C#, .net
  • Possess strong programming/design skill in C# language
  • Preferably engineers with Railway domain experience mainly in track plan and RailML
  • IT Skills: MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding and experience with leading supervised and unsupervised development
