*TitleSoftware developer for Electric Motor Control Unit (EMCU) functions of eDrive and Hybrid vehicles. Responsibilities- To write the software requirements of assigned EMUC functions from System level requirements and by taking inputs from function owner.- To derive the models/system equations/parameters from experimental data of Vehicle/eMachine test benches by using machine learning methods. - To develop Simulink/Targetlink models from software requirements and auto code generation.- To make functional descrption documentation. - To review the software requirements of peer functions of EMCU- To write the testspecification, implement testcases/execute the test cases of peer functions.- To review the testspecification, test results from software testing. - To validate the developed functions in digital platforms (MIL/SIL/Integtated SIL/HIL). - To analyse and track the issues of SW and change requirements. - To work closely with function responsisbles to troubleshoot software and system issues from vehicle and HIL/SIL Testing. Technical Skills - Experience in a) Model based engineering with Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, Targetlinkb) Requirement engineering at Software level. c) MIL/SIL test techniques/test derivation methodsd) Working in software development life cycles (SDLC) e) Knowledge of automotive specifically Vehicle powertrain/Inverters/Electric Motorsf) Programming in C, Matlab, Pythong) Knowledge on Machine Learning methods engineering model development. Tools- Modelling tools - MATLAB/Simulink- Code generation tools - Targetlink- Requirement management - Doors, Doors NG, Polarion- Testcase management Doors, Jira/Xray, Polarion- Configuration Management - SVN/PVCS/Clearcase/Git- Measurement Calibration Diagnostic (MCD) - CANAPE /CANOE/Canalyzer/Candela Studio/INCA)- Testing Tools TPT, Tessy, BTC, SilverProgramming Languages- C - Matlab - mScript- Python/Java/VB, *ME/ Mtech/BE/Btech in EE, electronics or related domain
