We are into Conversational AI and looking out for an engineer for our Customer Engagement Chat Product Interactive Voice Response (Text/Speech). It s our Chat messenger product for enterprise. This product is built in Java platform, advanced used of AI interactive chat bot.The world s largest and most recognizable brands are using intent-driven engagement from [24] 7.ai to assist several hundred million visitors annually, through more than 1.5 billion conversations, most of which are automated. The result is an order of magnitude improvement in digital adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the analysis, design, development, and debugging of software applications and libraries.
• Design and deliver application development using Java as part of cross-functional teams that include client management, voice/mobile UI design, and QA.
• Write design specifications for application modules.
• Implement and enhance sophisticated real-time large or medium enterprise data integrations.
• Design and implement data management solutions that support scalable, highly performing systems.
• Work within a modern web services and DBMS environment to ensure [24]7 s applications and support staff have reliable and accurate data supplied to them at all times.
• Own application/modules and deliver with good quality.
• Ensure timely status to the stakeholders.
• Should have experience in handling multiple clients/delivery in parallel.
• Should have experience in handling live applications and good troubleshooting skills.
• Lead technical communications with other teams, both internal and external and document requirements.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Focused on delivering high quality results on time.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience in Java

• Experience in Speech bot development (VXML, GRXML, GSL)

• Experience working with Eclipse, Git, Maven
• Experience with web services technology and standards and best practices (i.e., SOAP, REST, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in Design patterns & Algorithms.
• Ability to write SQL queries and design schemas in relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle.
• Solid communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Hands-on experience on Linux/Unix.
• Experience with Agile engineering processes.

• Experience with web UI implementation and refinement
• Shell / Perl scripting experience
• Experience with Big Data (Hadoop)
• Experience with Web 2.0 technologies (e.g., HTML5, Ajax).
• Experience with web application development (e.g. JavaScript, GWT, NodeJS, and HTML).

• Hands on experience in creating VXML or SCXML applications is a plus
