Software Engineer - MiddlewareLocation(s) IN-KA-BengaluruJob ID 2021-84550 Schedule Type Full Time Level Associate Function(s) Software Engineer Region India Division Engineering Business Unit Foundational Infrastructure Employment Type Employee MORE ABOUT THIS JOB We are looking for an experienced professional within the voice engineering space with product and program management skills to join a team of dedicated voice recording engineers with global responsibility for the regulatory voice recording product within the firm. The team works to deliver the committed technology road map as agreed with the senior compliance sponsors. The team is responsibility for system design and lab certification as well as project implementation and 3rd level system support. The team is responsible for vendor management ensuring that all project and support commitments are met. The team interfaces with the compliance user to define requirements and project goals. The team works closely with the voice recording development team in the design of proprietary control and surveillance applications used within the firm. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Hadoop deployment & administration engineer with 6+ years of experience with good communication skills.
  • Hands on experience of designing and developing large scale Big Data project is must.
  • Experience and understanding of big data, Map Reduce, HBase, Yarn, Hive, Spark and related technologies.
  • Experience in Spark Core, Spark Streaming and Spark SQL.
  • Expert scripting skills in Python/Scala/Java
  • Deploy, administer and manage large Hadoop Based architecture.
  • Experience with related Open Source technologies (Pig, Flume etc.) is a plus
  • Install and configure Hadoop based monitoring tools (NagiOS, Ganglia etc.)
  • Strong experience of deployments and administration in Linux/Unix environments
  • Working knowledge of Java preferred.
  • Past experience installing & administering App server s, database servers in a production data center environment desired
  • Candidates having additional knowledge of Infrastructure architecture design will be preferred designing
  • Cluster node configuration, connectivity, capacity, compute architecture, name node/datanode/job tracker deployment layout, server requirements, SAN, RAID configurations etc.
  • Be able to do quick evaluation of tools for POC and provide demos to customer teams
QUALIFICATIONS
  • B.E or B.TECH in Computer Science Preferred
