Job Description

    Wholesale Loans Technology group supports the Investment Banking and Commercial Banking Business in Syndicated and Bi-lateral Lending business, and we are looking for a talented & highly motivated individual to contribute in building LoanIQ system.As a member of our Software Engineering Group you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You ll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what s being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key. And best of all, you ll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:Technical Skills:Required Skills:Bachelors or Masters Degree - preferably in Computer Science 10+ years of experience in building and maintaining applications using Java/J2EE and PL/SQL. Sound knowledge in Core Java, RESTful webservices, Spring boot / Spring modules and micro-services methodology. Experience designing and building environment on AWS,which includes working with services like EC2,ELB,S3 and RDS. Thorough knowledge in Build and Release. Good exposure on GIT, Bitbucket, Maven and Jenkins. Experience using DevOps tools in cloud environment. Experience using monitoring solutions like cloudWatch,ELB Stack and Prometheus, Frameworks Apache Kafka / Active MQ Understanding of Orchestration services Docker / Kubernetes Know-how of Cloud providers like AWS. Sound knowledge Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment Sound knowledge about concepts related to Authorization / Authentication / Oauth 2 Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems. Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices Strong written and oral communication. Good presentation and influential skills.Desired Skills:Strong Experience on LoanIQ Infrastructure is preferred. Exposure on Test Driven Development. Hands on experience with Junit, or any other Automation test framework, API testing , Workflow Testing , End to End Testing. Working knowledge of Loan IQ UI, APIs and data model. Loan Domain Knowledge and previous experience with wholesale loans business. 5+ years experience working in a financial services environment with good working knowledge of associated accounting principles.,
