We are looking forSoftware Validation Engineersfor a Global Automotive company (Tier-1)(they are into Powertrain, Drivetrain, EV.etc)Position: PermanentLocation: Global village, Mysore Rd, BangaloreOverview:Responsible developing and executing validation of application and base software for Client eAxle drivetrain and shift system applications. Work together with system controls engineers and software engineers to bring product from concept to production.Core Responsibilities:> Responsible for creating the validation plan; designing, developing and executing the implementation of a test cases to guarantee the quality of the application software.> Support the development of software test plan and test specification> Create high level as well as detailed software verification and validation plans> Develop and maintain the validation framework for automation of test framework> Create test cases and detailed test content to validate the application software> Support unit testing of application software integration with base software utilizing AUTOSAR RTE> Define test cases for Fault Management & Diagnostics, Performance & Timing of embedded SW> Design and development DVP following A-SPICE process> Test for compliance to ISO26262 Functional Safety> Ensure test configuration management process is implemented and consistently followed> Specify, build utilize and maintain HIL equipment> Perform MIL/SIL/HIL software validation testing and plant model verification> Create and present reports on software quality metricsRequired Qualifications:> Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems> 3+ years of software development/coding or validation experience> 3+ years of experience developing software requirements or software test specifications 3+ years HIL experience> Experience in automotive applications and applicable interfaces such as CAN, LIN> Excellent trouble-shooting & debugging skills both on the test bench and in vehicle> Experience with tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, CANalyzer, CANoe, vTestStudio, PleximIF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLS CALL IMM @ **********Contact: Pallavi
