Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 38 900 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:OVERALL :The SAP Quality Management (QM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) Solution Specialist role is to ensure that business activities follow the defined core model. This includes ERP solution as well as non-ERP solutions like Supplier Portal, Service Execution Systems and integration with multiple customer systems. You will need to interact with internal and external stakeholders. In order to respond to our increased number of sites, which is a result of our accelerated deployment roadmap, we are looking for a SAP QM and PM role to integrate our team.RESPONSIBILITIES :As an ERP functional expert, you are in charge of:

  • Ensuring that SAP Quality Management and Plant Maintenance Core Model (Solution + processes & rules) is well documented, evolves consistently and is not jeopardized by localization.
  • Supporting SAP Roll-out (worldwide) and ensuring that Core Model is applied
  • Ensuring IS landscape consistency in Quality and Plant Maintenance domain
  • Delivering SAP Quality Management and Plant Maintenance Core Model evolution (Keeping much standard as possible) in accordance with M tier strategy
  • Interacting with Operations teams (support) by monitoring and validating their activities & providing functional expertise when needed
In order to be able to execute all the responsibilities above, you will be working with our external partners. In addition, you will be constantly liaisoning between partners and local business in order to drive different projects successfully. When it comes to our applicative landscape, you will be working not only with partners and business but also with other IS&T teams in other pillars. Your functional expertise will be needed in order to deliver the different projects with high quality and on time.FUNCTIONAL SCOPE :Your Functional scope contains following business processes:
  • Quality Planning
  • Quality Inspections
  • Quality Notifications
  • Quality Control
  • Corrective maintenance
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Refurbishment/repair process
  • Calibration
  • Service Processing
  • Master Data of QM and PM
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES :You are action-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a self-starter and result-oriented person. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must because you will need to work autonomously in a worldwide & multicultural environment. You should be agile to handle multiple tasks efficiently, keeping the big picture, and effectively delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE :
  • Language skills: English expertise is a must both spoken and written.
  • Graduated with an engineering degree and have more than 5 years of experience in SAP-ERP solutions in the areas of Quality Management and Plant Maintenance.
  • Knowledge of SAP Quality Management and Plant Maintenance is must with experience in implementation, rollout and support.
  • String integration knowledge of SAP QM and PM modules with other SAP ERP modules such as MM, PP, Controlling etc.
