And our business solutions are built on deep analysis and insight. Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.Key Responsibilities

  • Liaison with finance and accounting teams to understand business problem in order to support production BI Solutions and Reporting.
  • Support, analyze, and report business unit metrics and drive Best of Breed bench marking.
  • Respond to and share information related to queries received from the business.
  • Define and document processes and procedures.
  • Provide Level 1 support of Production Automation solutions.
Qualifications
  • Graduate with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, SSIS, SSRS.
  • Additional technical skills like VBA, Java, Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, and RPA a plus.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible with the ability to multitask and learn new skills in a team oriented environment.
