Sr. Embedded Hardware Design Engineer to architect, design and develop embedded hardware subsystems for Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) applications. Specific Responsibilities:Architect, design and develop embedded hardware subsystems for flight and safety critical UAS applicationsBoard- level mixed signal circuit design, schematic development and component selectionPerform design validation and verification through simulation, analysis, proof- of- concepts, prototype developmentProvide board layout constraints, routing guidelines, hardware board bring up guidelinesMentor other hardware design engineers and PCB layout engineers with the goal of adding capability to the teamReview PCB designs of analog and digital systems for new product developmentInitiate and support continuous improvements in products, processes, workflowSupport for developing embedded system products including writing requirements, standards, test procedures and test reports for such productsQualifications: Bachelors/ Masters degree in ECE/ ICE/ Electricals/ Electronics or other related fieldExperience: 3 5 yearsDesired Characteristics:Experience in embedded hardware design and exposure to entire embedded product lifecycleExperience in Microcontroller, Microprocessor and single board computer (SOC) based circuit designExperience in power budgeting, design of power regulation electronics, high speed analog and digital circuitsExperience in layout development and manufacturability for multi- layer compact PCBsExperience in SI simulation and reliability analysis using various toolsKnowledge of designing for interfaces such as USB, I2C, UART, SPI, Ethernet, CANFamiliar with PCB tools such as CADSoft Eagle, Altium, PADsExcellent hardware troubleshooting skillsDesign of circuits containing embedded processors and FPGAs is a plusKnowledge in flex PCB designs is a plusKnowledge of design for EMI / EMC compliance, testability and manufacturability is a plusExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenCreative and curious open to learning, identifying and solving problemsSelf- driven, able to work and manage self independentlyPrimary LocationBangalore, IndiaOrganizationProduct DevelopmentScheduleFull- timeHow to ApplyEmail your latest CV to careers@asteria. co. inPlease mention the Job Reference Number in the subject line of the email,
