Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Able to Undertsand vehicle E/E architecture and perform ECU IO analysis, HIL IO Mapping, ECU side and load side Wiring harness design for vehicle ECUs 2. Developing real time plant model using industry standard tools such as Matlab/Simulink, GT Suite, CarSim, Carmaker etc. for HIL systems 3. Plant Model validation and closed loop HIL commissioning 4. Test bench adaptation for test automation requirements 5. Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues with HIL Bench 5. Able to work independently and support multiple Vehicle platforms & variants.Experience3 to 5 Years of experienceIndustry PreferredQualificationsBE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in ECE/EEE/EI/CSE/Automobile EngineeringGeneral Requirements1. Must have strong vehicle systems knowledge and HIL knowledge 2. Must have good experience with MATLAB Simulink platform based model development 3. Experience in working with third party simulation tools (such as GT Suite, AVL Cruise, AVL Boost, CARSIM, CARMAKER, Simulation-X and so on) and integration into Simulink 4. Experience with dSPACE, ETAS, NI or equivalent HiL simulation tools will be an added advantage 5. Good working knowledge in CAN/LIN and diagnostics 6.
