Modern Banking Platform (MBP) is the next generation enterprise core banking solution and this team will be involved in extending MBP for the International requirements in the Azure Cloud environment.What you will be doing:

  • Be Hands on and participate in design, coding, testing, debugging and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other members of the team.
  • Ability to multi task, work under pressure and within deadlines, handle simultaneous projects and prioritize activities.
  • Ability to influence people and build strong relationships with clients, peers, subordinates and senior management.
What you bring:
  • 6 to 10 years of IT experience in Design and Development of Core Baking solutions.
  • 3 to 5 years of leading core product development / implementation effort.
  • Primarily from Java development background with working experience in the enterprise level products.
  • Understanding and implementation of key agile mythologies.
  • Perform estimation and planning to come up with realistic timelines.
  • Design and development experience in Core Java, EJB, Spring modules and J2EE Enterprise applications
  • Knowledge in SQL and RDBMS Oracle/SQL Server/DB2/PostgreSQL.
  • Exposure to server side programming
  • Exposure to GIT, Maven, ANT, Jenkins, JBoss
  • Experience in use of XML for Data Exchange / Data transformation, Data binding technologies
  • Experience of modern API technologies and develop API services
  • Exposure to industry-standard process methodologies Agile
  • Desirables
  • Working experience in banking products is an advantage
  • Shell Scripting and Open Shift will be an advantage
