Job Description

Qualification & Experience

  • Post-Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute with 6-8 years of experience in HR practices or Program/Project Management with a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing large-scale or complex talent development projects/programs
  • Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development
  • Highly developed facilitation skills in a sophisticated environment with a diverse and geographically dispersed set of businesses and employees.
  • Strong influencing/consulting and collaboration skills that are required to nurture relationships, promote new ideas and achieve buy-in
  • Ability to grasp broad organizational issues and consider needs of varied lines of businesses in implementing enterprise-wide L&OD programs
  • Proven ability to bring programs to fruition across a diverse set of businesses
  • Well versed in methodologies for measuring and assessing effectiveness of programs and processes
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities/ Mandatory Requirements
  • Drives the design and implementation of talent programs (e.g., succession management, talent movement, leadership development, talent architecture); with business insight, and implementation approaches and supports in the development of engagement and integration strategies.
  • Work in collaboration with HR business partners and business leaders to generate insights from the employee engagement survey to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement both across the enterprise and within individual lines of businesses
  • Integrates company culture, leadership principles, and other talent, learning, and organizational development frameworks into talent practices (e.g., talent planning, succession planning)
  • Provide advice and local context to the Talent Management COE regarding key programs including engagement, career development, Inclusion and Diversity and Well-being.
  • Implements talent management tools, methodologies, and principles (e.g., skills assessments, organizational diagnostics, successor talent assessments) to improve benchmarking, evaluation, forecasting, decision-making, and management of talent.
  • Follows, contributes to, reinforces, and may help to develop philosophy, strategy, and standards for how Talent Management helps businesses respond to talent-related opportunities and demands (e.g., succession management, talent discussions); helps to develop tools and/or assessments that guide managers to make effective talent-related decisions.
  • Evaluates business drivers to make a case for change adoption; assesses risks and benefits of the changes, develops effective change-management strategies, and develops communications and readiness materials to facilitate the transition of Talent Management programs/processes.
