Job Description

    As Business Analyst, IAME, you will use your knowledge of identity, access management, and entitlement and its applicability to the chromatography and mass spectrometry industry to ensure customers can easily manage their users, data access, and acquire new software, while building a scalable solution to support our ecosystem.This role is highly collaborative, requiring engagement with both CMD and cross-divisional teams to ensure alignment with both the divisional and corporate strategy.ResponsibilitiesDefine the goals and vision for your functional areaBuild, prioritize, and deliver on a backlog aligned to the platform strategyCollaborate with engineering for rapid shared understanding of requirements, leading to high-quality outputOwn cross-functional interactions vital for the scalable delivery of your featuresEmpathize with and deeply understand your customer personas, many in the life sciences lab space, and the key problems we are solving forQualifications:At least 6+ years in a product role with a track record delivering tech products with mission-critical IAME features with Agile methodologiesStrong systems level and first-principles thinkingHighly organized, creative, and motivated, energized working in an entrepreneurial cultureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in the IT or Computer Science space or equivalent experienceExperience with on-prem or cloud enterprise softwareExperience in the 21 CFR Part 11 and pharma compliance spaceExperience with SEIMDemonstrated understanding of Federated Identity Management concepts,
