Job Description

    • Manage Software an AWS based remote measurement application development.
    • Team size: 4 -5
    • Base location: Bengaluru, India
    Responsibilities
    • Plan and execute project execution for end-end implementation and orchestrate day to day workflow to meet Quality, cost and delivery goals.
    • Manage all aspects of development with focus on the following project Management areas: Scope, Schedule, Quality, Risk, Cost, and communication. Stakeholder engagement is a key aspect of this role.
    • Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle effectively delegating tasks to team members, interacting with product security teams, legal, procurement of infrastructure services, development, and deployment activities.
    • Coordination with external and internal teams for development/deployment of solutions.
    • Reporting project status to management and project partners.
    • Adherence to product and process quality standards of BSOCH.
    Skills and experience required
    • 12 + years of overall experience with at least 2 years of project management experience managing software development projects
    • Past experience of either developing or managing projects with Open-source stack - Java, Python, React, Angular, etc.
    • Experience managing project development on AWS / Sound knowledge of AWS fundamentals.
    • Sound understanding of technology across a broad spectrum of topics like Cloud development, Integration, testing etc.
    • Excellent communication skill with a growth mindset.
    • Well organized and well versed with formal project management techniques.
    • Experience working in an Agile setup is an added advantage.
    • PMP certified
