You ll work in a stable, resilient and secure operating environment where you and the products you deliver will thrive.As an Associate in the Strategy and Business Services (SBS) group, your role will encompass wide variety of responsibilities, such as (but not limited to): Driving consistent monthly service reviews ensuring alignment of business strategy with delivery Commercial and operational management of both investments and business as usual activities across technology product areas Collaborating with product owners to support delivery routines such as analysis of current feature teams and product maturity, service reviews, business reviews, risk escalations, accomplishments reporting, cross technology initiative reviews and other routines as relevant Partnering with Finance and Business Management functions to analyze and report against overall headcount metrics including Attrition analysis, D&I and others Supporting in Risk management with product owners, operational stability team Demonstrating collaboration and dynamic management capabilities across Operations, Engineering and Line of Business teams Driving continuous improvement and efficiencies and continually enhancing reporting capabilities utilizing industry standard toolsets, process automation and excellence.Qualifications Criteria: Experience within MIS, Analytics, Finance, and/or Management Consulting roles. A unique mix of technical and business management skills Flexibility and willingness to engage across diverse functions, locations and teams Demonstrate thought leadership and ability to establish and build cohesive relationships Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to collaborate with multiple teams Knowledge of industry standard project management tools and techniques Advanced working experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel, SharePoint & PowerPoint) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and information with attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of IT Services / Products and the macro principles that should govern them (Economic, Strategic, etc.) Exhibit a deep-passion for continuous learning and seek to provide knowledge gained throughout the entire organization, beyond the team and line of business Build relationships with key members within the delivery pipeline including Product Leads, Managers, Teams, Engineering Managers and Business partners Knowledge of the SDLC toolset (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and agile methodologies Experience with queries and reporting; Tableau, Qlikview Bachelors degree required; Master s degree a plusWhen you work at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you are not just working at a global financial institution.
