Job Description

    Managed Services Specialist support, monitor and maintain the E2open s application to meet customers business needs.He/she will involve in the regular support activities and user acceptance testing (during upgrades, deployments and enhancements)Position Overview:
    • Manage and optimize the usage of the E2open solution to ensure their continued success.
    • Identify solution gaps and optimization opportunities so that client expectations regarding solution use cases and functionality are fulfilled.
    • Maintain solution relevancy according to changing business needs of the customer.
    • Ensure that all client users are trained, educated, and up to date on solution use, best practices, and functionality.
    • Provide oversight on any additional enablement of the software deployment to be in line with current architecture and future client needs or business requirements.
    • Assist the Sales and Customer Success Teams in providing insight to client health and working to win new business and/or grow existing accounts.
    Requirements: Required Skills:
    • 3-5 years of support experience (preferably in enterprise supply chain solutions)
    • Good exposure/understanding of Linux, Java and SQL fundamentals.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and good scripting skills.
    • Willingness to Learn, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible in work timings.
    • Good analytic skills, logical thinking and being a self-starter.
    • Excellent interpersonal & planning skills, customer facing skills and cross-group coordination at all levels
    Preferred Skills:
    • Understanding of Supply Chain domain is good-to-have.
