Carry out independently complex technical activities such a SW upgrades, commissioning and/or integration and technical audits on site. On-site support at customer s premises participating network operation service, when applicable. Plan and run a subproject (like SW upgrade, SW change planning, Tailored technical support), limited scope. Participate in multivendor and 3rd party activities (installation, integration, interface troubleshooting). Multi product support needing skills in more than 4-5 products.Experience in customer workshops, requirement gathering & documentation. Prior experience of project life cycle creation of HLD, LLD, Work packages Good understanding of LTE RAN, IP/MPLS network. Prior experience of developing applications/utility in programming languages like Java/JavaScript/Jboss etc. Prior working experience in Database/SQL. REST API s, SOAP and JMS queues knowledge. Knowledge of network management concepts, protocols & modelling Knowledge of SNMP alarms & CORBA shall be an added advantage. Knowledge of QoS, KPI Reports/dashboard shall be an added Advantage Previous experience on FlowOne, SQM, AOR or SURE products. ,
