We are looking for a strong technologist to manage end to end lifecycle of the different technology products used in the bankThe role will include:Creating and actively managing a catalogue of all products (standards) used across the bankPackage these products so they are secure, and API driven for observability.Enforce usage of only these packaged products through the DevOps PipelineManage version upgrades and critical vulnerabilitiesTrack the usage and inventory of these productsRemediate usage of non-standard/obsolete productsReview the status of these products on a regular basis to define Buy/Sell/Hold.Spans both on-premise and CloudWork collaboratively with stakeholders. Understand clients needs and proactively delight them with special experiences to drive superior client experience.Experienced working in an offshore model is required since role will be based in Bangalore with stakeholders in Bangalore, Singapore and other overseas locations.Lead team to deliver successful build and implementation of Technology asset managementWork with engineering and design teams practicing scrum methodologyCollaborate with teams to take strategic decisionsStay on top of the latest technology trends and helping to keep our team aheadProvide constructive ideas and solutions to challenges, present ideas to stakeholdersLead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from the team and stakeholders.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSCore Skills:Undergraduate level qualification or above with Bachelor in Engineering or Computer Science10+ years of experience in development/development lead capacity with professional exposure to a breadth of technologiesStrong experience of packaging a variety of products and technology asset managementStrong experience of managing the lifecycle of productsExperience of Cloud, products offered and deploymentExperience of managing Open Source productsExperience of tracking and managing risks from Vulnerabilities and ObscolesenceStrong experience in software development (Agile, DevOps) and digital bankingExperience in product and innovation management in a high-tech space (IT/data)Result focused: high sense of accountability and urgencyHigh intellectual bandwidth/capacityAbility to articulate a clear vision; ability to organise teams for successful executionAbility to build high-performing teamsCollaborative and transparentA role model for open communication and consistency in leadership style, good organizational and project management skills; detail oriented,
