Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesPurpose of theRole: To drive excellence in delivering high quality training that follows companymethodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate clients. Key Deliverables: 1. % of Students above B Grade - Overall Student Scorecard (80% of studentsabove B Grade)2. Adherence to DTD/LMS/IDP3. Placement Percentage - Verified4. Timely Completion & Accuracy of Trainer Coaching & Training ExcellenceReport5. % of Students Counselled 1-1 by TM JobResponsibility:1. Training Excellence (In class monitoring & Assessments)1. He/she will be responsible for conducting MLAT and ExLAT for all the batches atcenters assigned to them. In every center, on an average 2 batches are startedevery month. This means that for 6-7 centers, there could be 12-14 batches, sothen there could be a total of 12 MLATs/12 EXLATs, anywhere between 12-24assessments every month. TMs must try to plan their visits during assessments.a. 15-16 assessments (MLATs/EXLATs) will beconducted remotely via Zoom/Skype (for all students)b. 3-6 assessments (MLATs/ExLATs) will beconducted physically at the centers during their scheduled visits (for all students).**To gauge Personality & Professionalism, the TMs and Trainers may use Viva,Roleplays, PPT presentations, Mock interviews as techniques.**2. In-class monitoring with Trainers Shadow the Trainer when they are training. 3. Collecting Feedback from Students about their training and placementexperience.4. TM should have done the analysis of the performance of every batch on ELITEbefore their visit to the center so that they can help with completing thependency.5. TM will fill the Training Excellence Report during every visit and have detaileddiscussions with CMs about the same and then email this report to the CM, RM,ROM and BUSM every month.2. Trainer Monitoring & Development (Coach and Mentor)1. He/She will be responsible for Briefing/De-Briefing with Trainers every 2 daysto ensure adherence to quality in Training - this can be done via Call or Zoom.2. He/She will be responsible for coaching/mentoring/developing 12-15 trainers(in 6-7 centers) (In class monitoring/Shadowing)a. Every Trainer Coaching session must bedocumented using the Trainer Coaching Form during every visit to the Center.b. Trainer & TM must discuss the Coaching Form,agree on doing things to improve performance and sign off on the Form.c. Center-wise Trainer Coaching Report must be sentto the Trainer, CM, RM, ROM and BUSM after every visit. 3. Trainer Training (Assessment & Certification)1. He/She will be responsible for ensuring that TTT is completed for every trainerand that every trainer is certified within 3 months of joining the organization.2. He/She will be responsible for ensuring that Refresher Training for all Trainersis completed by the L&D Team - once every 6 months. Desired Candidate ProfileEducation Qualification:Graduates/Post Graduates/MBAs Prior Work Experience: 4 years of experience in Training/Teaching2 year of work experience in the respective sector Functional Competencies: - Strong training and teaching skills- Strong service and sales skills- Excellent communication in English and local language ,
