A product based IT 12 year old organization in Banglore is looking for a Technical Architect Experience Profile Basic Skills Relevant Skills Desirable Skills NHIBERNATE, JSON, AJAX, Cloud technologies Roles and Responsibilities: Take end to end technical ownership of modules, architect, design and deliver production code for a highly scalable application product. Work effectively with cross functional teams including product management to translate requirements to code, with test teams to troubleshoot, isolate issues and provide root cause, ensuring that the software developed is of the highest quality and guide members of the team Work in a dynamic fast paced entrepreneurial team with an open, collaborative culture that fosters creativity. Lead the R&D initiative. Evaluate and select technology. Require overall 10+ yrs experience in building object-oriented systems using .NET platform Should have handled a team of at least 10 members At least 2+ years experience in building application products. At least 2+ year experience in developing SOAP or REST Webservices Should have expertise in OO analysis and design using UML notation Thorough knowledge of Design patterns & Web Protocols Should possess good knowledge of ORM frameworks like Nhibernate, Entity framework Solid understanding of source code management practices and experience with one of the major SCM tools (GIT, CVS, Subversion, Perforce, etc.) Hands on experience with multi-tier distributed systems. Experience of iterative / agile development practices. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should possess excellent debugging skills Should be good in configuring and setting up the application on the application server Experience in creating & executing unit tests using test driven approach with Nunit etc Should possess excellent knowledge of SQL Experience in packaging & deploying web based applications This position is based in Bangalore.
