Securities Lending and Inventory Management technology team works in partnership with Securities Lending, Prime Brokerage and Operations.to deliver best-in-class solutions for Stock Loan Trading and real-time inventory management., *Strong experience in developing and supporting enterprise level systems using Java / Spring / Python. Prior experience of technically leading the projects Experience of leading and managing developers Ability to analyze and understand complex legacy code and project structures and the ability to upgrade those projects to modern build systems and libraries. Experience with modern logging and telemetry tools on modern and renovated components as well as to be able to gain insight into legacy systems. Ability to automate away toil where Developer/Production Management are frequently performing the same manual remedial steps. Strong Communication skills with exposure to working in a global setup and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the financial domain is desirable.
