We are responsible for developing and delivering SaaS based applications and digital lab (Cloud-based) tools, to help scientists do their work more efficiently and with precision, enabling them to make our world healthier, cleaner and safer. We apply industry best practices to the design, development, and deployment of world-class software products built to leverage the power and scalability of the cloud.Daily Activities Include:Gathering and analyzing technical specificationsManaging product backlog, user stories and cross-product dependenciesMeeting with customers to understand their use of the Cloud Platform and translating these requirements to product use cases and scenariosEngaging with customers and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycleUnderstanding long-term product vision and roadmap, translating that into User Stories for the teamIdentify, define, analyze, prioritize and refine the requirements, and communicate those requirements to the development team.Participating in agile activities including product demonstrations, retrospectives, backlog grooming and sprint planningDesired Skills and ExperienceExperience Required:3+ years experience in a similar/complementary roleExperience managing highly visible projects with Agile project management principles and practices.Ability to manage multiple projects and numerous customers and stakeholders with various requirementsAbility to prioritize work, clarify requirements, and drive user stories to acceptance throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environmentExcellent presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsThe ability to establish credibility and influence within the internal organizationDegree in Computer Science, engineering/related field or equivalent experienceExperience with:Cloud technology AWS EC2, IAM, SQS, SNS, RDS or equivalent OpenStack, Google Cloud or Azure technologiesRESTful Microservices NoSQL Cassandra, AWS DynamoDB, MongoDBCloud architecture loosely coupled systems, fault-tolerance, HA, scalabilityContinuous DeliveryINVEST method of developing user storiesAdditional Desirable Skills and Experience:Agile Certification Proven track record delivering a platform solution in a complex environmentOpen source software management experienceDemonstrated negotiation and influencing skillsEducation:BS Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.Apply Now,
