Job Description

Process : Technical Support Voice Inbound.

  • Excellent command over English (Spoken/Written)
  • Must possess the zeal to demonstrate Customer First culture in every interaction
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix Hardware/ Networking/ OS related queries over the phone
  • Ability to provide solutions to customers that may involve selling the customer a product or service to fix the issue.
  • Active demonstration of Self-Time and Task Management.
  • High Levels demonstration of Interpersonal & communication skills, with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Should demonstrate good analytical/logical approach on troubleshooting for resolving Hardware & Software issues
  • Should have excellent CRM skills, Email/Chat Etiquettes, Customer First mindset is required
  • A+ , N+, MCSA, MCSE Technical certifications would be added advantage
Pre requisites
  • Any Bachelor degree or UGs are eligible
  • Must be flexible with Rotational 24/7 shifts
  • Candidate must have a Laptop or a Desktop
  • Broad Band connection is Mandatory
  • Candidate must be in Bangalore at the time of Joining
  • PAN card is Mandatory
  • Work from Home As of now
  • Candidate should be ready to relocate when Company Requires
  • Qualification : 12th and Above.
  • Candidates should speak Excellent English and Hindi. Candidates should have Good knowledge on (Hardware - Software Networking).
  • 5 days working 2 Days Week Off. Rotational Shifts and Rotational Week Offs.
  • Age Group Below 50 Years
  • Freshers & Experienced can apply
  • Salary : 18,000 to 20,500/- Take Home
  • Interviews - HR Round / Technical Test / Operations Round. Laptop Mandatory + Wifi Mandatory
