Who are we looking for Technical WriterTechnical Writing:
  1. Research, plan and produce technical documentation in various electronic formats for a global audience. 2. Work with minimal supervision as a contributing member of a multi-disciplinary team that develops content to support laboratory instrumentation and related software. 3. Strong working relationships with Informatics, Projects, Product Marketing, Service, and the global experience team. 4. Experience working with Writing Style Guides set by client and industry standard manuals. 5. Very good editing and proof-reading skills.
Process Skills:
  1. adobe Understanding of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile. 2. Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA Understanding of WCAG and Accessibility principles in context of technical writing (e.g. formatting, compliance rules)
Tools and Technology:Software tools are mandatory 1. Publication Manager 2. Madcap Flare 3. SDL Tridion Docs 4. X-MetaL 5. Adobe FrameMaker 6. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro DC 7. XML DITABehavioral:
  1. Quick learner to adapt to new domain, technology, tools, and processes.
  2. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and complete assignments within stipulated deadlines.
Qualification: 1) 4 - 8 years of relevant experience as a technical writer. 2) Bachelors degree, preferably in Science/ Technology/ Engineering. 3) Certification(s) in Technical Writing. (Preferred)Talent Fulfillment Group JD FormatWhat is in for you 1) Good Exposure working with multiple tools and tech. 2) Working in Proposals and RFP Assignments. 3) Leading large team and working with multiple stakeholders. 4) Exposure directly working with customers.
