  • Project Role Description :Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Innovative mindset and is always ready for exploration To enable & foster culture of innovation across 1.3 lakh+ employees of Advanced Technology Centers in India using approaches like Design Thinking, and articulate using Business Storytelling. Lead to interact with senior stake-holders & executives Lead & Facilitate Design Thinking or Communications/Business Storytelling workshops to drive desired business outcomes. Design and Facilitate customized workshops for Design Thinking & Communications/Business Storytelling for clients and Functions Prior experience of driving Innovation towards business outcomes would be added advantage Project Manager Officer (PMO) to facilitate end-2-end creation, curation, co-ordination with various stakeholders for effective execution of programs
      • Technical Experience : Minimum 7+ years of experience of teaching/ training of which minimum 3 years as Lead/Manager or must have performed role to drive Innovation Prefer minimum 04+ years of experience in areas of Innovation/ Design Thinking / Communications/Business Storytelling/ Creativity and/or similar areas. knowledge of SDLC and different IT processes across SI/AO/IO
      • Professional Attributes : Passion to train, lead and enable people Passion to learn and quickly upskill self & be agile to adapt to continuous business needs
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelor in any stem, Masters is preferred.
    • Additional Information : Excellent communication, very strong analytical and presentation skills
