Job Description

Recruiting and training Telesales Representatives Assisting in the development of effective sales strategies Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies Analysing the performance of the telesales team members Preparing and setting monthly and weekly sales targets Building and maintaining long-term customer relations Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports. Addressing any customer queries and complaints Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database Assisting in developing sales scripts Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference Keeping a track of KPIs Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner Facilitate direct sales by instructing Telesales Representatives to inform existingcustomers about new arrivals in the company and encouraging them to make sales Inform customers are briefed about all products in the company, their uses andbenefits Take orders made by customers and ensure that they are successfully delivered tothem in due time Follow up sales delivery to customers and inquire about their user experience ofgoods purchased, making use of their feedback in rating customer satisfaction Ensure proper documentation in the information system in due time and checkthrough them for accuracy Interact closely with other Telesales Representatives in the course of work to ensurethat everyone is carried along and updated on work progress in order to achievemaximum results Ensure that customers are treated cordially and are held in high esteem in order tomake them patronize the company continuously Create good relationship with Telesales Representatives and motivate them to put intheir best to work in order to achieve maximum results Evaluate sales records periodically to make balances and ensure that sales figures tallywith number of goods sold Coach Telesales Representatives on the best ways to carry out their duties bytransferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills
