Job Description

  • To manage the distributor network with key skills of Inventory Management and Distribution Management
  • To Develop the relation with Key KOL based upon clinical knowledge and KOL engagement
  • To learn the Clinical expertise of therapy by going in Cath labs (Minimum 3 days in a week)
  • Demonstrate the behaviour of Team Player by extending the support wherever required (Including Case support)
  • Ability to motivate and inspire direct reports to achieve results by setting clear expectations, building metrics and mechanisms to monitor progress and helping the team to stay focused on their objectives.
  • Understand market opportunities & risk and proactively take strategic actions, align resources to leverage opportunity and mitigate risks in timely manner ensuring that Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Objectives are met.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a High-Performance Culture and by attracting, developing & retaining high performing talent, building a strong and cohesive team with relationships, competitive spirit and trust
  • Ability to build a strong and cohesive Mapper(FCE) team with relationships, competitive spirit, trust and Empathy
  • To execute therapy development strategies for product promotion as per marketing plans
  • Build and manage KOL relationship management.
  • Coaching employees and developing the talent pool
  • Comply with all the Policies and code of conduct of Business
QUALIFICATIONS: Describe the minimum education and experience, including knowledge, skills and abilities, required to successfully perform the job. List any certificates and/or registration required.-OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to SJM Asia s and SJM country s policy and requirement
  • Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of SJM Asia and SJM country
  • Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of SJM Asia and SJM country are executed
