This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.JOB DESCRIPTION:This role in Sales Enablement and Analytics Technology within CCIB T&I for the position of Test Analyst.Manage, coordinate, and oversee the various test phases as mandated by bank s unified test control framework and System Delivery Framework.Extensive experience in Preparation of Estimation, Test Strategy, Test plan, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts, Test Data, Test Summary Reports, and other.Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.Foster strong working & collaborative relationships with the business & technology stakeholders.Align Test activities with the overall project plan and change agenda of the wider programme.Effectively communicate to stakeholders the test status, highlight risks, and propose issue resolutionEnsure transition from Technology Testing to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phaseDevelop test automation frameworks, tools and test suites in response to growing featuresChampion best practice engineering principles to build high quality softwareBe an integral part of an Agile engineering team and work collaboratively with fellow engineers and product ownersMentor & provide guidance to members in testing methodologiesGood knowledge of Java development and OOPsProven experience in Software Quality Engineering and Test processes, including modern CI processes and Test AutomationWell-versed with Agile methodology and global delivery modelExcellent communication skills.Ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery of testing assignmentsMitigate risks to business through timely and precise execution of test cases in testingRetest defects after fixes. Under moderate supervision execute tests to ensure that information systems and services meet group standards and end-user requirementsKEY MEASURABLES:Delivery of key test deliverables on schedule as per the project plan.Ensuring that zero defects are found in production.Automation of Regression scenarios.Effective collaboration with all stakeholders.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:8 to 10 years of experience in Automation and manual functional testing / Quality Assurance of Web applications.Good experience in testing Industry standard CRM Platforms.Good development/scripting skills in Web-driver compatible language such as Java with the Selenium WebDriver API.Should be able to design, develop and execute automation test scripts in selenium.Working experience in Cucumber BDD framework.Strong knowledge in Core Java.Should be able to design robust test automation frameworks.Good understanding of version control systems like GIT.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to details.In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and role of QA/TestGood knowledge and experience in understanding project requirements and writing test casesExecution of the test cases and accurate defect reporting.Willing to work in team environment and reach out to people as per need basis.Good understanding and experience in Agile work experience.Good verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of automating testing using Selenium is a plus.Working experience/knowledge of using test management & defect tracking tools.Training/qualifications and Certifications in some of the testing tools as mentioned will be an added advantageGood to have experience in Testing in Cloud environmentApply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.To view information on our benefits including our flexible working please visit our career pages .
