Min 3 years agency, design and interactive work experience Exceptional communication skills within the agency team and with clients. Solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design. Proficient in moodboards, online branding, and style- guides. A passion for innovation and technology with a solid understanding of digital tools, trends, and infrastructure. In- depth understanding of HTML, capabilities of web browsers, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Strong understanding of UX design and principles Collaborate with various stakeholders to create brilliant interfaces and user experience solutions Produce and enhance low- fidelity sketches and medium fidelity wire frames to facilitate communication of recommended solutions Participate in stakeholder interviews and translate findings into usable, useful, effective and efficient user experiences Continually keep abreast of emerging and best- in- class user experiences Bonus Qualifications: Able to function independently and in a team environment. Ability to lead a team and provide mentoring to junior team members is a plus. Understanding of HTML5/ CSS3 and Responsive Design Implementation. Experience with user testing is a plus.
