Call monitoring & Feedback and ensure CCE s are adhering to feedback 6. Live barging CCE s calls to improve performance real-time 8. Discuss with Quality Analyst and identify the AOI and prepare training module accordingly 9. Conduct refresher training for existing CCE s based on call monitoring observations on AOI 10. Share daily/weekly/monthly reports related to Training and CCE s performance 11.
