Job Description

Role: - ConsultantExperience:- 1yr - 5yrs ( Outsourcing)Location: - Bangalore** Good communication skills are must**

  • Understand the requirements for various positions for Non IT industry like FMCG, FMCD, Education.
  • Mobilize human resources through various means such as Job Portals, Headhunting, Advertising, References.
  • Recruitment experience in middle & higher level management.
  • Involved in large-scale recruitment activities involving searching, filtering, short listing of resumes and scheduling personal interviews.
  • Sorting of data and formatting of resumes before sending to the client.
  • Screening through CVs, calling up candidates, interviewing them on their interest level & fixing up a meet with the client.
  • Conducting interviews for short-listed candidates.
  • Coordinating interview as per the clients requirement
  • Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regards to the interviews taken.
  • Maintaining & updating the Database.
  • Should be Good with Candidate Follow - Up
  • Maintaining invoice details of hired candidates.
  • Client interaction, Client Anchoring, Account Management.
  • Should be Target Driven.
