Roles and ResponsibilitiesHi,We have anUrgent opening for Packet core support for Bangalore/Gurgaon/Noida/Kolkata/Pune/Chennai for telecom mnc company. Please find below jd:- - You will:

Supporting the customer Network s reported problem for the Solution Area Packet Core product portfolio

Work closely with the Market Areas and Customers, hence the following skill sets are required:

o Good Customer Relationship Management skills

o Good leadership & communication capabilities

o Ability to adapt to and drive change

o Proven knowledge sharing and best practices sharing skills

Proactive Self- competence development in new solution areas in the domain &technical certification.

To be successful in the role you must have:

Good communication & presentation skill & customer facing experience.
Good analytical and technical skills

Solid understanding in technical areas like Packet Core -EPG, Diameter, AAA, Session management,Gateway , User plane, Control Plane, Charging, Deep Packet Inspection,SACC, CDR, Network Slicing

EPC , CUPS , 5GC & Micro-services (UPF, SMF , Gateway)

Virtualization, Containerization and Orchestration in Packet Core,

Understanding traces capability like Wireshark, ITC interface Traces etc

Understanding of 2G, 3G ,4G and 5G Architecture,

3GPP Knowledge and Standards

Below skills sets are preferred:

o Dallas, Automation Tool

o TCP, UDP, IPv4/v6, Security, L2TP

Only Hands on skills in the above will be considered.
Excellent Team Spirit, co-operative with mentoring capabilities.
Ability to work with peers of different teams based out of different geographic regions

Key Qualification:

Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering
