Job Description

US Partnership Tax Preparer - Form 1065(Fund of Fund, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Real estate, Federal & SALT etc.) & 1120 RICExperience: Min 1.5 to 2.5 years relevant experience in preparing Form 1065 returnsWork Location: Bangalore, Kolkata & HyderabadEducation:Any UG or PGCertification:Certified EA or CPA is an added advantageRole Description:

  • Attentive participation in US Partnership Tax form 1065 training modules and on the job trainings.
  • Preparation of US (Federal/State) Partnership tax returns (Form 1065 - SALT, Fund of Fund, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Real estate, etc.) & 1120 RIC
  • Responsible for self review of deliverables before handing them to Senior Associate / Assistant Manager.
  • Utilize available tax technical resources to enhance US tax knowledge.
  • Contribute to team discussions and share knowledge for the benefit of the group.
  • Understand assignment instructions and applies them as directed; seeks guidance when needed.
  • Understands personal and team roles as well as based on responsibilities and objectives.
  • Attention to detail, deadline oriented and able to manage time.
  • Respects and maintains confidentially of client, staff and firm information
