*Responsibilities & Duties Work directly with clients to discover project scope and gather requirements Create use cases to identify user roles and user objectives Analyze data and content to architect website sitemaps and application screenflows Conceptualize the layout of intuitive user interfaces in the form of wireframe mockups Optimize the usability of existing interfaces by assessing the existing layout of data and proposing updated layouts and functionality Work directly with an offsite onsite development team to ensure proposed functionality is feasible and adheres to the clients budget Present and justify proposed mockup solutions internally and to clients Document functional requirements of proposed interface solutions Ability to run design workshops and document outcomes Ability to present the teams work and articulate design Calculate design efforts and provide estimationspeople loading maps Create proposals to provide strategies for design intervention in transformation stories Maintain familiarity with the capabilities of various programming technologies (JavaScript, HTMLCSS, etc.) and their impact on development efforts, user interface possibilities, data accessibility, and compatibility across multiple versions of the same platform (web browsers, mobile OS, etc.) Qualifications & Required Skills Required Minimum 4 years of industry experience working within interactive design mediums including websites and mobile applications Required BABS in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Industrial Design, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Required Must present a portfolio of industry examples illustrating stepbystep solutions to project requirements Required Must be a resourceful selfstarting individual capable of creating workflows conforming to the needs of the position Previous experience with WebInterface Design is a huge plus Organizational Relationship Reports to the UX Architect India Experience Bachelors Masters degree in Human Factors, User interaction, Graphic Design, Product Design or other related design field 4 years of experience in UX design and a proven track record,
