Requirement :1. Develop overall brand strategy, positioning and roadmap. Ideate and create the brand plan as a process to establish the brand positioning across the various customer segments.2. Develop a powerful brand identity and architecture through strong associations, rituals and properties.3. Strong understanding of consumer behaviour with Trend spotting ability and a good pulse on emerging pop culture to drive consumer insights across segments.4. Effective usage of ATL activities to communicate brand attributes through powerful articulation and storytelling. Spotting opportunities to leverage brand attributes through strong media properties.5. Build a strong presence of the brand through social, content and influencer marketing.6. Create a strong in-house creative and content services team with systems, infrastructure and processes that ensure executional excellence in every day output. Work with designers, writers, and developers to deliver top-quality marketing tactics, landing pages, and other tangible deliverables.7. Has an eye for design thinking and creative excellence to ensure consistency, differentiation and relevance of the brand in every piece of communication and consumer touch point. Brilliantly executes with immense attention to detail.8. Drives measurability of investments in the brand, including measuring effectiveness of communication and overall impact on business and Brand KPIs.9. Collaborate with fast-paced teams across Vedantu to develop and execute brand communication strategies and campaigns across segments.10. Develop the processes, guidelines, and quality standards needed to execute and scale the production of world-class content and campaigns. Inspires agency partners and rallies them to effective implementation in service of the brand agenda.11. Continuously monitor competition activities in the media and on the ground and highlight it within the team.12. Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) ensuring alignment with stakeholders and partners.Qualification and experience:1. MBA in Marketing and Communication from a premier institute.2. Minimum 7 + years of experience in Brand as a Client3. Should have a strong experience in creating B2C brands preferably digital brands.4. Should have team handling experience5. Superior written & verbal communication skills & design sensibility.6. Should have experience on building brands through branded content and influencer marketing.7. Expert presentation skills & project management.8. Able to influence and inspire people towards an agenda.9. Start up mentality - entrepreneurial with a roll up sleeves attitude.10. High bias for action, ability to think laterally & innovate.11. Comfort working in a fast paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment where multi-tasking & prioritising is highly essential.,
