Job Description

    Profile: Business AnalystResponsibilities :- Identifying complex fuzzy problems, break it down in smaller parts and implement creative, data-driven solutions.- Responsible for defining, analyzing and communicating key metrics and business trends to the management teams.- Build data models in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining.- Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.- Drive data-driven decision making through the stakeholders.Required Technical Skills:- Technical capabilities: Proficient in SQL, Excel, another scripting language (PHP, Python, Perl, etc.)- Strong working experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, Cognos, BO, Pentaho, etc)- Ability to understand business problems & apply advance analytics techniques to- Experience in analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.- Penchant for business, curiosity about numbers and persistence to work with data to tease out insights.Required Behavioral Skills:- Strong analytical bent of mind- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.- Should be result & detail-oriented and must have the ability to multi-task and work long hours under pressure with minimum supervision.- Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with fellow analysts / data engineers as well as the management.- Should be a quick learner with ability to learn new tools/technology quickly.,
