  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Monitor infrastructure CUCM, VCS, VCS-E, Pexip Interop and endpoint, Perform first level troubleshooting 2 Perform in progress operational troubleshooting activities for videoconferencing room systems and infrastructure components 3 Monitoring Vyopta services and perform first level troubleshooting 4 Coordinate vendors for RMA and engage with vendor on high level Troubleshooting along with users or client
      • Technical Experience : 1 Basic knowledge/understanding of the video conferencing or collaborations devices Cisco and Microsoft products, Microsoft Teams rooms, Surface Hubs, Digital Signage Players, Room Wizard, Solstice Pod etc 2 Knowledge on Deployment of new products decommission and change requests
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with email etiquette 2 Good problem solving and analytical skills 3 Excellent customer service skills
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree
    • Additional Information : 1 24x7 roster 2 Weekly offs based on roster 3 Good to have ITIL
