Job Description

JD for Client Onboarding Maintenance in Private bank operations :The primary function of the COB Maintenance team is to review requests submitted by the Client Service team ensuring all information is correct and sufficient to submit the requests to downstream processes to be updated on various accounting systems. Some of the requests the team works on include; Mandate Verification (IRA, IM & Fiduciary), Authority Resolution (Inquiry & Entity), Mortgages and Foreign Exchange (DDA & Custody). These requests are received via Emails or WorkstationSkills Required:

  • Candidate should possess basic knowledge on different product types such as LLC, Foundation and Trust, etc.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge on KYC red flags/ exceptions.
JD for Account Opening:You will work as part of an Account Opening. Candidates must demonstrate an interest and knowledge in financial markets, as well as possess excellent analytical, organizational, attention-to-detail, communication, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Initiative, enthusiasm and confidence to complete projects are also a must. This role would suit someone who has some experience in the financial markets/Client On-boarding. Specific responsibilities includeDeposit, Brokerage, IM (Investment Management) and SDI (Self Directed Investments) account openings for USPB under JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association
  • Retrieve Client documentation
  • Review Client documentation
  • Party and role setup
  • Powers and Limits setup
  • Open account for new clients & existing clients
  • Submit transfer instructions
Personal Attributes & Requirements
  • University degree holder (including MBA / CFA) and / or with 5-6 years of professional experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent stakeholder engagements skills
  • PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
  • Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • Detail-oriented and results-focused
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Able to work under minimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment
