Maintaining the working of systems in the office with minimum downtimeTrouble shooting systems during networking issues, virus issues, booting issues, software issues etc.Taking regular Backups of projects, outlook mails, downloaded software & any other useful dataMonitoring the internet usage in the office and alerting if the usage reaches the maximum allowedMaintaining clear records of Backup DVDs and giving it to the concerned team whenever requiredMaintaining the security and confidentiality of the data and blocking all the possible data theft mediums in the office premisesBlocking the USB Drives for all the systemsBlocking the personal mails like yahoo, Gmail, Rediff, .in, msn etc.Managing Printer, Scanner, EPBX, Fax. Trouble shooting when required.Taking Backup of www.devangavivaha.com and www.hinduvivaha.com on a monthly basisCapturing Video from handicam to system using the video capture cardDownloading and Installing needed softwares and plug- ins for the development team after approval from the Technical director of Project ManagerMaintaining software installers, antivirus installer and any other downloaded installersCreating and configuring email accounts for team members after approval from the Technical director of Project ManagerMaintaining FTP username and passwords for the various CMPT domains and client domainsInteracting with vendors to procure blank CDs or DVDs, RAM, Hard disk, software etc.Regular Maintenance of systems with system defragmentation, clearing the temp etc. should be planned and executedMaking sure only the needed software is installed in every system. Any unwanted software should be removed.Updating the Activity Manager regularlyTaking Backup of Activity Manager on a monthly BasisMonitoring the activities of development team members using the remote desktop and reporting any suspicious activities to the project manager or managementWriting CDs and DVDs of project deliveriesLearning and implementing new tools and technologies which can help in increasing the productivityTesting the CD or DVD for functionality before deliveryFixing of projector and laptops for client meetings and events.Desired profile: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Excellent telephone manners and commitment to customer serviceAbility to clearly document proceduresAbility to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels of the organizationFlexibility in undertaking a variety of differing tasks and/ or changing work patterns when requiredBeing a committed team player.Implement and Maintain systems security policies and practices.,
