Development using Java/J2EE technologies as per specifications and designs. Understand how the applications operate, are structured, and how customers use them. Interact with all levels of technical community. n n tCapable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution at code level n tDevelop software solutions by studying information needs following the software development lifecycle. n tProvide regular and effective progress updates to Development Leads to produce accurate delivery estimates n tPerforming unit testing of developed applications, deliver on time and to the required quality standards n tProvide assistance to required teams as needed to resolve system problems n tAdherence to allocated departmental processes n tThorough understanding of Java EE architecture with a focus on JSP, Servlets, EJB, Struts & Web Services, Spring Framework, REST webservices n tMinimum 4 years of experience in Java,J2EE n tExperience in front-end web development with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 & Dojo n tStrong understanding of AJAX, object-oriented JavaScript, jQuery, the DOM and JSON n tExperience in application deployment with WebSphere Application servers n tWorking knowledge on Oracle database n tBasic experience in Unix commands n tKnowledge on any source code version control tool. n n As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing) You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product.
