Job Description

    Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelors Degree Travel Percentage : 0% About the team This role is a part of our Server Support Team.Job Location: Bangalore / PuneShift : 24/7 Windows Support Engineer :: 2 to 5 Years :: 24/7 What you will be doing * As a Server support engineer you will do Windows Server administration and monitoring to ensure infra environment is online and operating within expectations.* Problem solving and Root Cause Analysis review, documentation, and reporting.* Work with multiple teams including Development teams, Other Technology teams to optimize customer experience.* Share new ideas for Continuous Improvement projects What you bring:
    • 2+ years of proven experience in a L1/L2 Server support role in Windows Server OS family
    • Hands on experience in application deployment and patching
    • Experience sftp administration and fault finding
    • Worked on configuring and managing monitoring requirements of the application in scope
    • Sound understanding of SMTP configuration
    • Knowledge of SQL server configuration
    • Nice to have Citrix XenApp, AWS/Azure Public Cloud
    • Ready to work in flexible rotating shifts.
    • Basic knowledge of Windows Powershell scripting
    • Experience with ticketing tool (such as Remedy, ServiceNow) around incident management
