  2. Hardware Expertise: Cisco UCSM, Chassis & Flex pod, HP & Dell stack
  3. Technical Knowledge/Skills: 7 + years in Infrastructure operations & implementations
  4. Knowledge of ITIL a plus Performance Skills/Individual Competencies: Solid planning and organizing skills with an attention to detail
