• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance policies or suggest new covers thru Point of Sales person force in the territory assigned .
• Contact potential clients/ point of sales person and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc and get them on board.
• Understand information of clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution thru channel partners / pops.
• Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records and MIS as per requirements.
• Create posp team for health insurance sales in local territory assigned.
• Fulfil all company-established policy obligations and compliances.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects thru posp sales force and share with internal with internal reporting manager.
• Sales Target
