Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage Managed Service Team & Key client projects of the organisation. Experience Level: Senior Level Requirements:

  • Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science & business management.
  • Proven working experience at least 4+ years in SEO, SMO & Managed Services & at least 1+ year as a project administrator in the Customer support & Project Implementation sector.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in XML Site Map, Shopping Feeds, Webmaster Tools, HTML/CSS and website administration High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Database, JavaScript, HTML, CSS & Magneto.
  • Marketing, Advertising, MR, PR , SEO, SMO, Media Planning.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Managing the seller experience and working with key resolver groups to remove any issues Analysing performance, identifying improvement actions and presenting insights and recommendations as needed to senior management Helping to define and deliver the account management vision for Online seller.
  • Managing all the market places, proper processing of all orders - Amazon specifically in addition to other market places like eBay, Play etc. Should know listing well on all market places, managing deals and promotions, and manage all Shipping and preferably worked in Seller account. Backend ops and catalogue upload knowledge is required. Knowledge of Omni Channel / Multi Channel seller application is required.
