Job Description

    Our client is a fast-growing player in the infrastructure space based in Bhubhaneswar. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the development and execution of the human capital strategy for the firm- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team from a talent standpoint to achieve business objectives- Provide guidance, counsel, and best practices to the business and the firms leaders, managers and employees- Develop and implement the people and talent roadmap in line with the organizations expansion strategy- Oversee entire HR processes - talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance management, C&B- Lead the talent review process to strengthen current and high potential leaders in the firm- Work closely with the business to understand talent needs and accordingly develop the manpower & talent acquisition strategy- Develop impactful performance management and reward programs to reinforce high performance culture- Strategize, develop & sustain a high-performance culture through culture building initiatives- Motivate teams to improve productivity, drive engagement in the team, and build a culture of high performance and meritocracy, implement an effective, fair and transparent talent management system- Ensure a high degree of focus on compliance at an organizational level on people related matters- Monitor all talent management for consistency and fairness to the right talent- Establish the firm as a great place to work and employer of choice in the industry Skills & Experience: - 15+ years of strong HR experience- Mandatory experience in the infrastructure sector- Experience in an MNC/ Corporate leadership role will be an advantage- Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage a large team- Ability to challenge, influence and weigh in on business decisions in which talent can be the difference between success and failure- Should be hands on with a strong ability to deliverDue to heavy inflow of applications, we apologize for any delay/ no response as we will only be able to connect with shortlisted candidates.,
