• Design and set up IT Infrastructure roadmap and maintain IT policies, guidelines for the organization.
• Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business goals and objectives are met
• Manage and prepare budgets and work closely with senior management on forecasting, variance trend analysis, and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Manage 24x7 Global Operations Center (GOC), supporting a global network and all associated IT equipment to make sure that it is available for all customers
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
• Ownership of all Data Center changes and events & incidents, problems from beginning to end as well as overseeing the complete root cause analysis & resolution actions
• Vendor management for New Procurements and AMC Contract and Licenses Renewals
• Manage configuration changes of Routers & L3 Switches using RANCID Linux based server.
• Responsible for all LAN/WAN network related functions of infrastructure/cloud which includes Routing, Security, Load balancing, IP Address Management Implementing connectivity solutions for a hybrid Cloud environment.
• Enforced monitoring tools and provided recommendations to enhance the proactive and predictive enterprise monitoring system

1. Leading overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network, VLAN setup for network security requirement,
2. Experience in implementation and operation of all technology infrastructures which include

- data center, network and server services - IP Telephony - Service monitoring - user support/helpdesk - workstation management - servers, storage and related software etc.

1. Computer network design and implementation

Maintain multi-site enterprise EPR environment, including application hosting, voice and data networks, security, and information protection

1. Working on SAP and Microsoft stacks.
2. Working on storage area network (SAN) and related technologies, cisco-based network communications technology, High availability and disaster recovery architecture, communication and related technologies.
3. Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best-in-class technologies and partners project management capabilities.

Cooperate and coordinate effectively with others (consultants and key users) for new projects development and follow-up. Technical SkillsFirewall/Network Security: -

• Hands on experience in different firewalls like SonicWALL NSA, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, SOPHOS
• Technical expertise with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and Switching (VLAN, Trucking, Dot1x, various flavors of STP) protocols.
• Performing security audits of perimeter routers, identifying missing ACLs.
• Design, implement and maintain site to site IPSEC VPN connections between data center and clients.
• Expertise in WLAN technology Cisco WLC / Ruckus Zone director.

Cloud & Virtualization: -

• Design and implement Azure infrastructures to develop solution design, migration of all services, integrations with Azure AD & Exchange.
• AWS - EC2, EKS, RDS, ELB, VPC, Elastic Cache, CloudFormation, S3, CloudWatch, AWS Route 53, CloudFront, SNS, IAM ETC
• Good experience on AWS (Overall knowledge, EC2 Volume, EC2 Security Group, EC2 AMI, Lambda, S3, AWS Backup, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, IAM, Secrets Manager, Step Function, Cost Explorer, KMS, VPC/Subnet)
• Office 365 Administration & Integration of Microsoft Exchange where in local domain IDs get synchronized with cloud Exchange.
• ADFS & Single sign on with LDAP integrations and troubleshooting

Microsoft: -

• Storage Spaces Direct implemented & migrated all the servers
• Design Active Directory infrastructure to meet company requirements employing forest/domain/OU architecture and inter site replication topologies.
• Created and implemented an automated system that creates a user in AD and updates the group depending on user s database.
• Manage GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Manage website using IIS webserver.
• Administration of Microsoft Exchange where in local domain IDs get synchronized with cloud Exchange.
• Good knowledge of Symantec Evault for archiving and journaling related issue. (pst creation, archiving policies, enabling/disabling archiving accounts etc)
• Worked on LYNC 2013 Server with troubleshoot

Security Measures: -

• Practice regular network audit to protect from cyber attacks.
• Update all operating systems and applications to avoid vulnerabilities
• Update antivirus and check its reports.
• Regularly conducts Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing to identify and help address cyber security vulnerabilities.

Alert Management: -

• Monitoring server health and network utilizations and its reports using SCOM
• Network monitoring system PRTG
• Manage engine monitoring system for windows servers

Linux: -

• Configured and managed an enterprise-wide proxy caching server with Squid and custom authentication facilitating user authentication against legacy user database.
• Installed and configured Linux based FTP server for corporate users.
• Created an alert system which monitors all servers (Windows & Linux) using Nagios monitoring system which is a Linux based application.
