Risk Based Inspection (RBI) strategy development (new/project facilities) and optimization (operated assets). Inspection , maintenance and repair of pressure equipment , piping systems , pressure relief devices and tanks. Carry out corrosion study. Identify , mark & verify corrosion loops and damage mechanisms for both equipment & piping on P&ID; based on existing operating conditions , stream flows , corrosive fluids , fluid characteristics and material specifications. Maximizing efficient use of available data across multiple workflows including inspections , materials and corrosion and process surveillance , and maintenance history. Will conduct the detailed analysis which includes consequence analysis , calculation of Probability of failure (PoF) , Risk calculations , Inspection method identification and developing of inspection strategy/plan for static equipments. Facilitates and executes Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) , troubleshoot equipment problems and revises/updates maintenance strategies. Criticality Analysis Risk Matrix and Proficient at doing a FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelors degree in Engineering , MS/M.Tech in Engineering or in a relevant discipline (MS Preferred). Well versed and hands - on experience withMeridiumSoftware. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in refining , petrochemical , LNG , oil & gas or related industries. Certification in API 580/581 and at least one of API 510 , API 570 , and/or API 653. Conversant with pressure equipment and piping industry codes such as ASME design codes (e.g. B31.3 , ASME Section VIII , Div 1 & 2) , PCC - 2 , NACE , NDE methods. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience in design and selection of pressure equipment and/or piping systems , CMRP/CRL certifications will be an advantage SALARY INR 15 , 00 , 000 to 25 , 00 , 000 (15 Lacs to 25 lakhs) per annum (Plus Health Insurance , Accidental Insurance) N.B.: Please use Chrome or Firefox to apply to this position.
